Individual Session Cancellation Policy
Effective March 13, 2022
Our Coaches are here to help you prepare for your licensure exam. They reserve time for you each week to the exclusion of other clients and opportunities. They also prepare for your sessions each week to ensure you are getting the content, materials and coaching that you are paying for. When you don't show or provide adequate notice, they cannot serve others or take advantage of other invitations.
Notice of cancellation needs to be given by contacting the coach directly and sending a text to the business phone (423) 567-4485.
Effective March 13, 2022, the following Cancellation Policy will be implemented:

Clients must give at least a 24 hour notice of the cancellation of an Individual Session. If notice is given at least 24 hours before the session start time, the client will not be charged for the session.

If notice is given between 12-23 hours before the session time, the client is responsible for paying 50% of the session rate.

If notice is given less than 12 hours before the session time, the client is responsible for paying the full session rate.
We do understand that emergencies arise. If you have an emergency that will not or did not allow you to give more than 12 hour notice, please contact Prudance at the above email or phone number to discuss the situation.
If Client decides to stop sessions and has paid for any sessions not completed, ACWC will hold the credit for up to 12 months. If the session(s) haven’t been completed by then, the credit(s) will be forfeited.
